Thermoplastic Elastomers - Modern Polymeric Materials

Abstrakt

A review defines the position of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) among polymeric materials and classifies them according to their chemical structure and physical properties. The most important applications of TPE are surveyed and advantages of TPE in comparison to classical rubbers and plastics are discussed.
