Abstract

The aim of the article is giving an idea to secondary school schoolchildren of a neglected field of chemistry. It contains basic theoretical concepts from colloid chemistry and in particular instructions for practical problems of colloid chemistry. The problems are not time-, material- or labour-consuming; they are focused on preparation of colloidal systems of inorganic materials and observation of their properties such as stability, stabilization and the Tyndall effect.
